How long does it take to apply?
It varies depending on the type of floor surface you have and the area you want improved, but a typical 25m2 will take between 2-4 hours to apply.
How long after applying the treatment do I need to wait before I can walk on or use the treated area?
We have various treatment and coating options, ranging from walking on the surface instantly to a 12-hour cure time. Our team can help you explore these options to find which products suit your area best.
Does it wear off in heavy traffic?
Like all coatings and treatments, they do wear down over time. Our coatings and treatments are the most durable and wear-resistant on the market, giving you the most durable and long-lasting products available.
Will it change the look of my floor?
The change is often minimal and hard to notice. However, like everything, it does depend on the type of surface and colour of the floor you want to be treated. When the applicator visits your home, we recommend doing the application on a small tile to show you what the finish will look like, giving you peace of mind before our applicators begin the work.
Can I apply this myself?
We have different products available. Some products are DIY-suitable; others need certified and approved Applicators.
Is cleaning my floor easy after applying the SlipSafe anti-slip coating or treatment?
Yes, you need to follow our simple maintenance and cleaning guidelines. We recommended specific cleaners for easy maintenance as non-tested harsh chemical cleaning agents can damage the coating or treatment and void the warranty.
